As an Account Manager at Grand Meritus Security Agency, you will be at the heart of our client interactions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and grow key client accounts, ensuring high retention and satisfaction rates.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and increase market share.
• Conduct regular client visits and meetings to understand their needs and address concerns.
• Negotiate contracts and service agreements, ensuring they align with client requirements and company policies.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales and service quality.
• Collaborate with the operational team to resolve any service issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service offerings.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or a similar role in the janitorial services or related industries.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce and HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
