You will work closely with our HR team to identify training needs, develop training materials, and evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs. You will also be responsible for managing our learning management system (LMS) and ensuring that our employees have access to the resources they need to succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement training programs that align with our company's strategic objectives
• Work closely with our HR team to identify training needs and develop training materials
• Evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs and make recommendations for improvement
• Manage our learning management system (LMS) and ensure that our employees have access to the resources they need to succeed
• Develop and deliver training sessions to our employees
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development
• Collaborate with our HR team to develop and implement our learning and development strategy
• Provide leadership and guidance to our learning and development team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on training program design and implementation
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) such as Cornerstone, Degreed, or Docebo
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
• Experience with training program evaluation and assessment
• Familiarity with the automotive industry and the unique challenges and opportunities that it presents
