📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and brew a variety of coffee drinks using high-quality beans and state-of-the-art espresso machines.
• Master the art of latte art and other specialty coffee drinks to delight our customers.
• Maintain and clean all coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance and hygiene.
• Interact with customers to understand their preferences and provide excellent service.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple orders at once.
• Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve our offerings.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking coffee supplies as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume coffee shop environment.
• Proven ability to create and serve high-quality coffee drinks with attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and milk steamers.
