📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Designing and developing training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Delivering training sessions to employees, ensuring they are engaging and effective.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making improvements as needed.
  • Providing feedback to employees on their performance and development.
  • Collaborating with managers and other stakeholders to ensure training needs are met.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Assisting in the recruitment and selection process by providing training for new hires.
  • Coordinating with external trainers and vendors as needed.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of training theories, models, and methods.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using training management software and other relevant tools.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
  • Certifications in training and development are a plus.
