📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Maintain and update accounting records and systems.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial processes.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory filings.,Train and mentor junior accounting staff.,Collaborate with management to develop and implement financial strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian tax regulations.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with budgeting and financial forecasting.
