📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
• Assist clients with inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and helpful information
• Maintain a high standard of communication in both Indonesian and English
• Update and maintain customer records in our CRM system
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly targets
• Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluency in both Indonesian and English, both written and spoken
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Basic knowledge of CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Previous experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Willingness to travel and work in multiple locations in Bali
