Bright Code Berjaya is looking for a dedicated Captain to lead our team and ensure smooth operations. As a Captain, you will be responsible for managing a team of crew members, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and maintaining the vessel's condition. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of crew members, ensuring they are properly trained and motivated.,Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed on board.,Maintain the vessel's condition and ensure it is ready for each voyage.,Plan and execute voyages efficiently and safely.,Handle crew discipline and resolve conflicts.,Ensure all documentation and reporting is up-to-date and accurate.,Communicate effectively with the company and other stakeholders.,Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role.,Valid Captain's license and other relevant certifications.,Proven track record of safe and efficient voyage management.,Good knowledge of maritime laws and regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Previous experience in the shipping industry is a plus.
