📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.,Monitor and review company policies and procedures to identify compliance risks and opportunities for improvement.,Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.,Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters.,Investigate and report any compliance issues or violations.,Maintain and update compliance documentation and records.,Collaborate with legal and other departments to ensure compliance with all aspects of business operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance roles, preferably in a corporate or regulatory environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations, particularly those related to business and finance.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with compliance software and tools is a plus.
