📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual targets.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing activities.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and sales documentation.,Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build and strengthen business relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of CRM software and sales tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
