📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Manage and monitor the fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.Oversee fuel management and maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and reduce costs.Monitor vehicle usage and performance, providing reports to management as needed.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding fleet operations.Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain fleet standards.Collaborate with other departments to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Valid driver's license and experience driving various types of vehicles.Proficiency in Indonesian and English.Previous experience in a similar role within the logistics or transportation industry is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
