This role blends 80% field work with 20% office tasks, requiring you to be on your feet daily, interacting with guests, and managing front desk operations efficiently.

As a Front Office Staff at H-Ostel Kuta Bali, you'll be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins, check-outs, and addressing their needs with a smile. You'll use tools like PMS (Property Management System) and POS (Point of Sale) to streamline transactions and maintain accurate records. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage guest check-ins and check-outs using PMS and POS systems.
Provide exceptional guest service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Ensure accurate and timely billing, including handling deposits and refunds.
Manage front desk operations, including key distribution and room assignments.
Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
Assist with event and group bookings, including coordinating guest amenities.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance service quality.
