📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing office supplies and ensuring the office is well-stocked and organized.,Scheduling and coordinating meetings, both in-person and virtual.,Handling incoming and outgoing mail, phone calls, and other communications.,Maintaining the office cleaning and hygiene standards.,Assisting with event planning and coordination.,Managing office security and access control.,Providing general administrative support to the team.,Assisting with travel arrangements and accommodations for business trips.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.,Willingness to work in a fast-paced office environment.
