As a Grade 2 Steam Boiler Engineer, you will be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the steam boilers at our waste management and incineration plant in Badung, Bali. You will work closely with a team of engineers and technicians to ensure that the boilers are running optimally, safely, and in compliance with all relevant regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate and maintain steam boilers, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Monitor boiler performance and identify potential issues to prevent breakdowns and downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubrication, and replacement of worn parts.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve boiler-related issues, working closely with the engineering team.
- Provide technical support and guidance to plant staff on boiler operations and maintenance.
- Participate in emergency response procedures and training exercises.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance boiler performance and efficiency.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in steam boiler operations and maintenance.
- Certification in steam boiler operations and maintenance (e.g., ASME Boiler Operator Certificate, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with boiler control systems and instrumentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and waste management practices.
