Smart Urban Berjaya is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team in Binjai. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure we attract and retain top talent.,Manage employee relations, including performance management, training, and development.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct regular HR audits to identify areas for improvement.,Foster a positive and inclusive work culture.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
