In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and hiring.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.,Oversee employee relations, including performance management, training, and development.,Handle employee benefits and compensation, including payroll and insurance.,Conduct regular HR audits to ensure best practices are being followed.,Maintain a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and conflicts.,Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a retail or FMCG environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention strategies.
