Bloom Store Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operational Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our stores, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a passion for retail. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the stores, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Implement and monitor operational procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.,Conduct regular performance reviews of store staff to identify areas for improvement and development.,Manage budgets and expenses for assigned stores, ensuring financial targets are met.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote store events and special offers.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the stores.,Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and receipt of inventory.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the retail industry.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Experience with hybrid work models is a plus.,Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements in the retail industry.
