📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage staff schedules, training, and performance to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Maintain food safety and quality standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and manage inventory and suppliers to ensure cost efficiency.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall business strategy.,Ensure the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.,Proven track record of managing restaurant operations and staff.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of food safety and quality standards.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or a related field.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
