In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems.,Monitor and maintain network performance and security.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and software.,Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and software.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with network protocols and security measures.,Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.,Proactive and able to work under pressure.
