📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and attract customers.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in branch meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
