📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet inventory, including vehicles, drivers, and maintenance records.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other departments to ensure timely and efficient vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Monitor vehicle usage and fuel consumption to optimize fleet performance and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies regarding fleet operations.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support and guidance to junior staff members in fleet operations.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify any potential issues or safety concerns.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all fleet activities and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
