📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and training.,Ensure high standards of food quality and customer service.,Oversee inventory management and cost control.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.,Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with restaurant management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine.Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.Experience with POS systems.Understanding of health and safety regulations.Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
