📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.,Oversee the preparation and dispensing of medications to patients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to medical protocols.,Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure the availability and appropriate use of medications.,Maintain an up-to-date inventory of medications and pharmaceutical supplies, and ensure timely replenishment.,Provide patient education and counseling on medication use, storage, and potential side effects.,Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and standards, including those set by the Ministry of Health.,Lead and mentor junior pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in their roles and responsibilities.,Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest advancements in pharmacy practice.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or hospital setting.,Professional certification as a Pharmacist (SIPA) from the Indonesian Pharmacist Association (IAP).,Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Proficient in using pharmacy management software and computer systems.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
