📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Assess and recommend training solutions for new hires and existing employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Proven track record of developing and implementing effective training programs.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training management software and tools.,Certifications in training and development are a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
