In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with company goals and employee development needs.,Deliver training sessions, workshops, and coaching to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments and surveys to gather feedback on training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.
