📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide legal advice and support to the management team on corporate and commercial matters, including contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and business transactions.
• Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations, including data protection and employment laws.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and licenses.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations, as required.
• Stay updated on legal developments and trends that may impact the company's operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure legal compliance and risk management.
• Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.
• Provide training and guidance to junior legal staff and other departments on legal matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, preferably in a multinational or international environment.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international business laws, regulations, and legal procedures.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with legal software and tools, such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
