📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth business processes.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient workflow.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Prepare and maintain operational reports and records.,Assist in implementing and maintaining safety and quality standards.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to operations.,Support in the development and implementation of operational strategies.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
