📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Dispense medications to patients in accordance with prescriptions and clinical guidelines.,Provide medication counseling and education to patients and caregivers.,Monitor and manage patients' medication therapy, including reviewing prescriptions and adjusting dosages as needed.,Identify and report adverse drug reactions and medication errors.,Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure the safe and effective use of medications.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date medication records and inventory.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay current with industry best practices and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical pharmacy setting, preferably in dermatology.,Strong knowledge of pharmacotherapy and dermatological medications.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian pharmacy laws and regulations.,Professional and ethical conduct, with a commitment to patient-centered care.
