PT Tunas Optima is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our remote store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the store, managing staff, and driving sales growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Manage and train a team of store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with the head office to implement company-wide policies and initiatives.
  • Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide regular reports on store performance, including sales, customer feedback, and operational metrics.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant retail management software.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
