📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained, and that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Train and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Ensure that the restaurant is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.,Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, restaurant management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, staff, and other stakeholders.,Experience with inventory management, budgeting, and financial analysis.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations, and the ability to ensure compliance.,Experience with marketing and customer relationship management.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
