📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement grant strategies to secure funding for our programs and initiatives.,Manage the entire grant lifecycle, from proposal development to reporting and compliance.,Build and maintain relationships with potential funders and donors.,Monitor and report on grant performance and outcomes.,Ensure compliance with all grant requirements and reporting guidelines.,Provide guidance and support to junior staff members in grant management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure grant objectives are met.,Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in grant management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in grant management, social work, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in grant management, preferably in the non-profit sector.,Strong understanding of grant writing, proposal development, and reporting.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Strong organizational and project management skills.,Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with funders and donors.,Familiarity with grant management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
