Assist customers with their purchases and provide product information,Maintain the store's cleanliness and organization,Stock shelves and ensure proper product placement,Handle cash transactions and process returns or exchanges,Promote sales and special offers to customers,Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 pounds,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
