In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of materials and supplies, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish,Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed,Ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies,Prepare and maintain purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents,Conduct regular supplier evaluations and performance reviews,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices,Excellent communication and negotiation skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations,Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
