📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage stock levels and orders.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.,Train and develop warehouse staff to ensure high performance and compliance with company policies.,Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Manage warehouse budget and resources to ensure cost-effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations and improving efficiency.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations is a plus.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is required.
