Chief Technology Officer (CTO) - Bank Cikarang

PT Bank Cikarang is seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to spearhead our digital transformation and lead our technology strategy in Cikarang. As the CTO, you will be responsible for driving innovation, ensuring robust cybersecurity, and overseeing our IT infrastructure to support our bank's growth in the dynamic financial technology landscape.

In this role, you will work closely with our executive team to align technology initiatives with business objectives, while also mentoring and developing our IT team. You will be expected to leverage your expertise in emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, and cloud computing to enhance our digital offerings and customer experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of our technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with the bank's strategic goals.
• Oversee the cybersecurity strategy, including risk assessment, compliance, and incident response.
• Manage and optimize our IT infrastructure, including data centers, networks, and cloud services.
• Drive innovation by exploring and adopting cutting-edge technologies to enhance our digital products and services.
• Collaborate with the executive team to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities in the financial technology sector.
• Mentor and develop our IT team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in information security.
• Represent the bank at industry conferences and events to stay abreast of technological advancements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a proven track record in driving technology strategy and innovation.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Certifications in ITIL, COBIT, or other relevant frameworks.
• Experience in managing large-scale IT infrastructure and cloud services.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor high-performing IT teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives.
• Familiarity with the banking industry and financial technology trends.
