In this role, you'll be working closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that exceed their expectations. You'll use industry-standard tools like iFixit, iMazing, and Tenorshare to diagnose and repair issues with smartphones from various brands, including iPhone, Samsung, and Xiaomi. This role requires hands-on experience with mobile devices and a deep understanding of their components and functionalities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of mobile devices, including iPhone, Samsung, and Xiaomi.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
• Use industry-standard tools and software such as iFixit, iMazing, and Tenorshare for diagnostics and repairs.
• Stay updated with the latest mobile technologies and repair techniques.
• Manage inventory and ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a high standard of service and quality.
• Provide technical support to customers and address their queries and concerns.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in mobile phone repair and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of mobile device components and functionalities.
• Proficiency in using repair tools and software such as iFixit, iMazing, and Tenorshare.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with warranty and insurance policies related to mobile device repairs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
