• Monitor and track orders from placement to delivery, ensuring timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, warehouse, and delivery to ensure smooth order processing.
• Utilize order management systems like SAP or similar tools to maintain accurate order records.
• Identify and resolve order discrepancies and delays promptly.
• Generate and analyze reports on order performance and delivery metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve order fulfillment processes and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date order documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in order monitoring, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in using order management systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
