📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain detailed technical drawings and machine programs using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Mastercam.
• Collaborate with mechanical engineers to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability.
• Work closely with production teams to address any issues that arise during the manufacturing process.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates to existing drawings and programs based on feedback and new requirements.
• Ensure all drawings and programs comply with company standards and industry regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality.
• Provide technical support to other departments as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of all drawings and programs for future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC programming and drafting.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Mastercam.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and quality control processes.
• Certification in CNC programming or related field is a plus.
