In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial activities of our Bali branch. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported. This includes preparing financial statements, reconciling bank accounts, and ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards. You will also be responsible for managing our payroll, ensuring that all employees are paid accurately and on time.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are correctly recorded.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with local and international tax laws.
• Manage payroll processing, including calculating wages, deductions, and ensuring timely payment to employees.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and maintain budget forecasts and financial projections.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) and international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
