📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the financial planning and analysis processes for the Group Financial Markets division.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the division's growth and profitability.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management frameworks to mitigate financial risks.
• Collaborate with senior management to align financial goals with the bank's overall strategy.
• Analyze market trends and economic indicators to inform financial decision-making.
• Provide financial guidance and support to the division's leadership team.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of success in financial planning, analysis, and strategy development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead teams.
