📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Drive sales growth and profitability through effective marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement operational plans and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Build strong relationships with local community leaders and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead and participate in corporate initiatives and training programs.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and technology solutions.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
