📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily maintenance operations of electrical and mechanical systems across two Tangerang sites.
• Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of work.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities to prevent breakdowns and extend the lifespan of equipment.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and work orders using SAP and other maintenance management software.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, conducting regular safety audits.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address maintenance-related issues and implement solutions.
• Work with third-party vendors to manage maintenance contracts and service levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision, with a focus on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Certifications in electrical and mechanical maintenance, such as Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management software, including SAP and other relevant tools.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance planning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
