📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide comprehensive support to universities, assisting with data analysis and interpretation using QS's proprietary tools and software.
• Conduct regular meetings and consultations with university representatives to understand their specific needs and challenges.
• Develop and implement tailored support strategies, ensuring alignment with QS's ranking and accreditation systems.
• Collaborate with QS's global team to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery across all regions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in higher education, and share insights with the team.
• Leverage Mandarin language skills to build strong relationships with universities and stakeholders in Asia.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QS's institutional support processes and procedures.
• Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for university staff on QS's systems and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as higher education, business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in higher education, institutional support, or a related role.
• Proficient in Mandarin (both spoken and written).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with QS's ranking and accreditation systems, or willingness to learn.
• Experience working in a global or multicultural environment is a plus.
• Ability to travel internationally, including to universities and QS offices around the world.
