    Kualifikasi:

  • Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role in a client-facing position.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to address client concerns and drive resolutions.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work both onshore and offshore, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client relationships effectively.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
